BottlePrice Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using BottlePrice (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Orange House Labs LLC (“we,” “us”).
2. Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to use BottlePrice. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where age verification fails.
3. What BottlePrice is
BottlePrice is a price comparison utility. We help you find where a bottle of liquor is cheapest near you by combining publicly available retailer data with crowdsourced price reports. We are not a retailer, marketplace, delivery service, or broker. We do not sell alcohol and we do not process transactions between buyers and sellers.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bottleprice.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.
5. User-submitted content
When you submit a price check-in or other content (“User Content”), you represent that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the right to submit it.
- It does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our discretion.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent price data.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk without written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable alcohol regulations.
- Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service.
7. Price accuracy disclaimer
Prices displayed are sourced from publicly available retailer data and user reports. They may be out of date, inaccurate, or incomplete. We make no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of any price or availability information. Always confirm prices at the point of sale. Alcohol prices and regulations vary by jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
8. Intellectual property
All software, design, trademarks, and non-user-submitted content are owned by Orange House Labs LLC or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission. Your User Content remains yours, subject to the license in Section 5.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORANGE HOUSE LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. Sections 7–12 survive termination.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
